Our minimum night stay policy helps reduce guest turnover during busy seasons and holidays. During these periods we book up quickly, and we want to ensure guests looking for longer stays have access to desired availability windows. It also gives our team time for thorough cleanings and routine maintenance between stays, and allows them to spend holidays with their families.
